COVID 19 Update
As COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to affect the way we live, work, and interact, we want to ensure your banking needs are cared for, while also providing a safe environment for our customers and employees. Effective Monday, April 27, our lobby hours will change temporarily. Lobby will be open from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm daily. No Friday evening hours will be available.
We encourage you to bank with us from the convenience of your home. At this time, we want to remind you of the services we offer:
- Online/Mobile Banking
- Online Bill Pay
- Mobile Deposit
- 24-hour ATMs (M&T Bank ATMS are surcharge free)
- Night Deposit Box located next to front door (silver mail slot)
If you have not enrolled in online banking, consider enrolling today.
To our Mortgage/Consumer Loan Customers, if you’ve been financially impacted by COVID-19 and need help making your mortgage payment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, full property address, and a brief description (1-2 sentences) as to why you are applying for assistance. There is no need to supply any supporting documentation at this time, but you may be asked for documentation/information at a later date. If you qualify for assistance, we will notify you in writing within one week by mail. If we need additional information from you to proceed with offering assistance, we will notify you both in writing and will call and/or email you within the next 14 days advising what documentation/information is needed.
Homewood Federal Savings Bank has a Pandemic Response Plan that is being reviewed and updated as new information regarding COVID-19 becomes available. Our plan is to ensure we continue to be here to service our customers in a way that is safe for both our customers and employees.
